In order to open an account, please fill out the form "Account setup" found in the client menu and send it via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it at 514-858-5160. This will allow Lumco to perform a credit check and establish payment terms for your account.

Please call customer service at 514-858-1777 to ask for a return authorization number within 10 days from reception of your order. If you have signed a special order form, the items cannot be returned, reimbursed, or cancelled. If an item has been used, no return will be accepted.
I have received my order, but the product is damaged. What can I do?
If the product is completely damaged (ex: broken lighting products), take a picture, then discard of the damaged products. Please contact customer service at 514-858-1777 to receive a replacement for your damaged products. If an item in your order is defective, please contact customer service to receive a return authorization number. If an item has been used, no return will be accepted.
